My wife lost a close relative this past week. I know it is a hard on her. I know it is hard on her cousin. I am thankful it is not me. It is really hard when the last few days and weeks become a death watch. I cannot begin to imagine the scope of emotion and anguish. Suffice it to say, my heart goes out to anyone in that position.
What this past couple weeks has shown me is that we need to embrace our living, while they are with us. I wish I could find a more humorous and interesting way to say it, but I cannot. Death is never easy for the living.
I did not know Carolyn well. She was a shinning light for Ryan, though, and that is huge. We all need our shining lights. God Bless her and God Bless Ryan.
I wish to go fast and easy into the great beyond. I know I do not have a choice.Just another day in paradise
I don't know the back story to this, but all I can say is I am sorry for your loss and you are right about embracing the living.
